Now you can make this delicious side dish at home to complement any meal. Just slice up some fresh cucumbers and drizzle with our Signature Vinaigrette. Bon Appétit!
White vinegar • Sugar • Organic dill paste (Organic dill, Organic
dextrose, Organic canola oil, Sodium lactate, Whey (Milk), Sea salt, Ascorbic acid, Xanthan gum, Citric acid) • Salt • Black pepper
This Cucumber Salad is usually served with traditional meat or fish and potato dishes (like Perogies). The perfect side for any backyard barbecue.
Slice 1 to 2 English Cucumbers with a sharp knife or mandolin.
For best results, sprinkle the cucumber slices with some salt and let it sit for 5-10 minutes in a strainer to release some of their water. This helps prevent the salad from getting too watery. Once drained, coat with desired amount of Signature Vinaigrette.
Let Cucumber Salad chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving to blend flavours. Enjoy!
NOTE: Any kind of slicing, pickling, or seedless cucumbers can be used.
