Our Sauerkraut Perogies are a little different than most fillings, as we slow roast the sauerkraut for several hours with a little brown sugar to transform it into something super flavourful and comforting.  The result is a rich dark colour with a hint of sweetness and a melt-in-your-mouth quality.

Dough: Wheat flour • Water • Vegetable oil (Canola oil) • Sour cream (Cream, Milk, Modified milk ingredients, Modified corn starch, Guar gum, Carrageenan, Carob
bean gum, Sodium citrate, Sodium phosphate, Bacterial culture) • Whole egg • Baking powder • Salt

Filling: Sauerkraut (White cabbage, Salt, Spices, Sulphites) • Potato • Onion • Brown sugar • Butter • Black pepper • Bay leaf

Contains: Wheat • Egg • Milk • Sulphites
