Kapusta (the polish word for “cabbage”) is a Traditional dish of sauerkraut with pork meats (like bacon, ham and kielbasa).  The longer you simmer the ingredients, the better it will taste, which is why we slow roast it for several hours.   (350 g)


Sauerkraut (White cabbage, Salt, Spices, Sulphites) • Bacon • Kielbasa sausage (Pork) • Onion • Butter • Black pepper
