Pop-up Community Dinners
Welcome and thank you for your interest in our Pop-up Community Dinners! Online Ordering for our May 6th Dinner is now CLOSED. Reminder that all meals are for Pick-up Only (Home Delivery is not available for any hot meals)
Online Ordering for the Monthly Pop-up Dinners will resume again in January and throughout the winter months into 2023, so please stay tuned for future updates. Our new venue going forward will be at the Valens Community Centre - 1818 Valens Road North, Puslinch. NOTE: All meals will be packaged for Take-Out, but Dine-in Service is available in the Club Room until 6:00 pm (main floor dining room) during regular Legion hours of operation.
Online Ordering for Pick-up on Friday, May 6th can be submitted until Wednesday, May 4th at 11:59 pm. All orders must be pre-paid in advance. Payment is by EFT (e-Transfer Only).
Welcome to our Pop-up Community Dinners. Online Ordering is currently unavailable for this event. Guests can place an order on-site at the Valens Community Centre from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 24th. Please visit our Facebook Page for menu information and more details.Please choose your preferred Meal Order Pick-Up Time on Friday, May 6th, at ???, Ontario. Select a time from the drop-down list and then press the ADD TO CART button to save that time on your order.
We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Free Parking is available.
When checking in, please have your Order Confirmation Number available for verification either as a computer print-out or electronically on your cell phone.
No Refunds will be issued for any unclaimed meals.
Step One: Reserve your Pick-up Time
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY - To reserve your Order Pick-up Time, select a time slot from the drop-down list and then click the "Add to Cart" button, so that it saves the reservation time as an item on to your Order Summary.
If "Out of Stock" appears above the "Add to Cart" field, then that time is already taken and is no longer available. Please select a different time before proceeding. Only 1 Customer Order is allocated per each 5-minute interval.
NOTE: If a Pick-up Time does not show up on your Order Summary under Product, we will not receive your meal reservation. Please ensure the time you selected appears as an item before submitting your order during checkout.
Please make sure you hit the ADD TO CART button after selecting a time slot from the drop-down list to save it onto your order before submission.
Remember to select "Free Order Pick-up at Valens" under the Shipping field during "Checkout".
