Calling all Waterdown Foodies!

Connon Nurseries on Robson Road has begun sharing its Atrium on Saturdays for a fine indoor winter market. The community is filled with farmers and food makers and Connon’s is pleased to be the venue for their wares.

Every Saturday from January 18th to March 21st, from 10 am until 2 pm, you can check out what these amazing vendors have to sell.

The town’s favourite Handcrafted Perogies are available along with soups, cabbage rolls and savoury meat pies by ’Stuffed’. Everything lavender is sold by Purple Haven Lavender Farm. Sweet Potato Johnny has been busy making his delicious burgers, soups, breads and even brownies. Believe it or not, all his products contain sweet potato, even the brownies.  “It’s all delicious and it’s all healthy”, claims Johnny, “in some products sweet potatoes replace flour”.

There are greens, soaps, soups, popcorn, sausages, pet cookies, mushrooms, and so on at this indoor Winter Farmers’ Market, and Connon Nurseries had all of their citrus trees on sale at 35% off near the Café.
